The bright bedrooms offer mosquito nets over the canopy beds. The bathrooms have double sinks and a shower. Some units have an outdoor shower or a hot tub.

Spa Royale is in the center of the property, while Spa Casitas is a 20,000 sq-ft facility offering an extensive menu of traditional and alternative spa treatments. The Eco Touristic Ranch is the propertys own stables with riding horses. There is a guided horseback tour through the jungle, so guests can experience the true Riviera Maya beauty.
